In laravel 9 there’s a command that allows you to create a storage link, that creates a link between your local file upload and your remote app.
php artisan storage:link
Once you create a link, make sure your access through the remote server is open, and you have sufficient permissions to the upload folder. Allow read/write permissions in the upload folder, allowing access to the uploaded files
This solves the issue of the storage link working in local development but not in a remote cpanel :). Wish you the best of luck
